The last pendant needed to get the Master Sword is in the Tower of Hera on Death Mountain. You'll also find the Moon Pearl, which will be essential later in the game.
The second pendant needed for the Master Sword is in the desert in the southwest. You'll need the Book of Mudora to get there. You'll also find the all-important Power Glove.
