The last pendant needed to get the Master Sword is in the Tower of Hera on Death Mountain. You'll also find the Moon Pearl, which will be essential later in the game.

With all three pendants, you can claim the Master Sword in the Lost Woods. Now you can take on Agahnim, who has captured Zelda again.

You need the master sword to defeat Agahnim, and must get the three pendants to get it: Start with the pendant of courage in the east palace.
