The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time
This is a game that really marked the Zelda series for me. Although it is by far outdated, I still love this game, with its many hours of excellent game-play it has given me. If you are a lover of classic adventure games, I would fully recommend this, although the only place you could find this would be on an internet auction site.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Once again another Zelda title, but they are both very good. Once more you have the breath-taking scenery, although not being able to turn into an adult like on the other on is a little bit of a let-down, this is still a great game to play. The introduction of the "transforming" masks was welcomed by myself, and I thought this game required more thought then the previous.
Donkey Kong 64
Another adventure game, but one I haven't yet finished! This has many worlds which is great, providing longevity for all players. Sometimes I just cannot help laughing at some of the game, especially the line "Ohhh, Banana" said after every golden banana collected. If you like length in a game and having to collect many different things, then this is for you.
Banjo Kazooie
Nintendo 64 really produced the best adventure games in my mind. Once again we have a game were collecting is your main aim, and advancing on in this game is still as great as it was the very first time. It also has many worlds, taking you over all types of scenery, including a mountain, a beach, a swamp and a haunted mansion.
Banjo Tooie
A small step forward one from the last game, taking you to familiar and unfamiliar territories, following on from the great storyline of the first game. Once again you pit against Gruntilda the Witch, except this time she has her sisters as nasty sidekicks! You also get different types of eggs to attack your enemies.
Kingdom Hearts
This game has a storyline that held me captive for many an hour, and had many Disney characters from other games and movies, and also many from the Final Fantasy series. This game was one that produced some major tantrums from my part, and had me jumping for joy at times when I killed the all elusive bosses.
Kingdom Hearts 2
I was surprised to find that this game was far easier then the previous, which was a real let down. You visit some of the old worlds, meeting some of the characters you fell in love with on the other game. There are 15 worlds, but there isn't much you have to do in them compared to the other game.
Final Fantasy X
When I first got this game, I didn't get very far and it was soon back on the shop shelf. But upon seeing how many people thought this was a great game, I decided to try it out again, and I loved it! The storyline is excellent, the characters well portrayed, and the leveling up system was something new. The battle system is also different, but it gives you freedom of time, which many other games don't.
Jak 2: Renegade
This was my first game in the Jak series, and I still believe it is the best. It is a big step forward from the first game, introducing real weapons, and evil scumbag material characters. The vehicles are also great, and the cops really can get in the way. The introduction of the jet board is also a great plus, letting you access many different areas. Also Dark Jak is something darker onto the story line, making this game memorable.
Need For Speed Underground 2
Finally, a racing game! I love being able to make your very own car, customizing something that suits your very own style, before pitting against other racers with just as supped-up cars.
Being able to just zoom around town at max speed is also a bonus, and you can also have a outrun race with other racers you find also playing on the streets.
