A)case : You see your player that has fitness rating below 60. You know that low fitness will decrease their performance on the field.

Tell him: "Give everything in training"; and he will promise to focus in his training that week. If you have fitness base training session that week, his fitness rating will increase faster compare to his team mate.

B)Case: You see aplayer who has energy rating below 60. Energy rating will affect their speed, passing distance, and shoot power on field.

Tell him: "Im going to give you abreak you are tired" Base on my experience their energy rating will incrase approximately 25 point in 4 days.

C)Case: Your player has high fitness and energy rating

Tell him:"You already training well" he will be happy and will lose less fitness and energy during match.

Performance

A)Case:You see your player has bad performance rating, noted by red arrow beside their name. You know that performance rating will also affect their level.

Tell him:"Im going to give you a break you dont play well recently" Then he will promise you that he will focus on his individual training. His performance rating will back to normal (white arrow) within a week.

B)Case:Your player become man of the match in previous macth. Or you have player that score winning goal in previous match.

Tell him:"Well done" He will be very happy, but not just that, his morale will increase, he will also lost less fitness and energy because of previous macth and in the training session that week. Yes, ofcourse he want to become starting line up in next match.

Tell him:"Your leadership in the team is outstanding" It will give almost same effect like case B)

D)Case:You have a player that playing bad for several matches. His performance is below 5 for two or more constitutive matches.

A)Case:You have a tempramental player, he collect many yellow card in current seasson or red card in a match. You dont want him to be banned.

Tell him:"You must stop collecting so many cards" then he will promise you to play more carefully. Remember different league has different rule about total yellow cards. The word "many" i use here means that he will be banned if he get a yellow card once more. Below this point your player can be disagree and lose his morale.

Tell one of them:"You should learn of each other" When his ego is high enough he will reject it.

Case: Your player was injured

Tell him:"Get fit again quickly" He will very happy with your visit. Though it will not affect his injured time so much, you will make him lose his morale slower.
