Central Defender
Ball Winner: A ball winner is a good selection to intercept enemy attack quickly, he also good to mark enemy strikers.
Libero: 4-3-3 formation is stong in attack and defense but weak in midfield area. A libero can help you in midfield battle, they can intercept enemy before they reach your penalty box.
Left and Right Defenders
Attack minded: 4-3-3 formation has no winger, if your Left and right defender has attack minded playing style, they can be functioned as temporary winger and support in attack.
Centre Central Midfielder
Playmaker: Your centre central midfielder is the best position as your play maker.
Left/Right Central Midfielder
Winger:4-3-3 formation has no winger, if your Left and right central midfielder has winger playing style, they can be functioned as temporary winger and support in attack.
Busy: 4-3-3 formation is weak in midfield battle because you only have three men in midfield area, a player with busy playing style can help you to cover more midfield area, so you can win more midfield battle.

Pull wide Left or Right: If you want to build an offensive move from the sideline, a striker with Pull wide Left or Right playing style can help you.
Target Man & Penalty box: Your central striker will stand mostly in enemy penalty box, so having a striker with target man or penalty box playing style as your central striker is a smart idea.
