What will you find when you managing a club in lowest division? A group of bad player, that has low playing level. A stadion with only few hundreds seats. No staff member to give you aid. And there still alot of major problem awaits you. But i think you really know where all these problems come from. Yes lack of cash balance. How to overcome all these problem? Thats is our main topic in this article.

First Think First

Who take money from the club? The players. When you come to the club for the first time dont buy any player. Just keep the team together. A lot of manager buy many expensive player at the beginning of the first seasson. Its a bad idea, why? Althogh a player has high playing level, it doesnt guarantee that he will play good on the field and vise versa. Besides you still dont know all of your players well. Just think the best formation for your team. You may buy a new player after you know ecxactly who is the worse player in your club.

Your staff member also spend a lot of money. Dont sign staff with high level, they are expensive. Just sign staff member level 1. Give them long term conctract (eg 3-4 years), why because they will ask you to rise their salary every time you renew their contract. To make them give more benefit to your club send them to the course once in a year.

You just need to sign four persons,marketing director, stadium manager and fans representative. Why these foru persons? Sometimes you forget to refill your merchandise stock. when you have no merchandise left, the money stop flowing to your cash balance. That is why you need a marketing manager. Ticket price is also important to your balance, and sometimes you forget to set it. That is why stadium manager become important. Where the most of your money come from? The fans. To increase your fans base you need a fans representative.

Choose your Sponsor

What kind of sponsor should you choose? I prefer a sponsor that give more money in cup matches. Why this kind of sponsor better? Though the prize for seasson champion is much bigger, become a champion it hard enough. Winning cup matches is easier, beside that the money from the sponsor will pay directly after the match. You dont need to wait until the end of the seasson.

Make investment

First make a target time, how long will you wait for your investment, for example 3 years. You dont need to make big investment directly. Usually i take 3-5% of my csh balance for investment. In the beginning of the first seasson make investment for three years. In second seasson make investment for two years. And in third seasson make one year investment. In the beginning of the fourth seasson you can take all your profits at once. You can spend this money to buy new player and build your club facility.

The other kind of investment is your youth player. They are commodities. At the end of every seasson, offer all youth players whose contract almost expired to your reserves team. at the beginning of new seasson, offer them to be loaned with option to buy. If they play good enough, the club where they are loaned to will buy them. You can get your profits. If they are not good enough, you dont need to pay their salaries.
