3-5-2 formation have more midfielder and because of that they can control the midfield area better and have more opportunity to supply the ball to their striker.
3-5-2 formation is also have advantages on right and left midfield area because they have wingers. Their wingers can build an offensive move from side line. To prevent this situation, 4-2-2-1-1 RB and LB can be positioned as RWB and LWB in defensive position, and ordered to mark 3-5-2's RM and LM all over the field.

4-2-2-1-1's defensive line is started in their own half. To build fast counter attack 4-2-2-1-1 formation should have good long passing ability and fast ST. Order this ST to go for set pieces.
