First off thanks for coming to my guide, second off, if you plan on making a twink rogue let me tell yah, its (personally) the most fun twink i have ever played and well worth the time and effort put into making one, so without further adieu lets get started.
Alright, so for starters, rogues are pretty easy to gear for level 29 because all of their specs, daggers, swords, and maces, are all in the ends aiming to do the most damage, so you can have just one set of armor for all three specs.
Armor
Helm ~ Infiltrator Cap of the monkey - this is Bind on Equip so watch the Auction House
pathfinder hat of the monkey - Another Bind on Equip so watch the Auction House
Humbert's Helm - Another good Bind on Equip helm thats probably the most common and cheap on the Auction House
Necklace ~ Scouts Medallion - this necklace is a Warsong Gulch Player vs. Player reward so don't worry about it until level 29
Shoulders ~ Forest Tracker Epaulets - this baby is Bind on Equip so get it on the Auction House
Back (cape) ~ Tigerstrike Mantle - this is a Bind on Equip item so it can be bought from the Auction House
Parachute Cloak- This is a the another incredible cloak but it requires engineering, it does +8 agility, and slows your fall speed when you use it, its item level is also above 35 so it may be enchanted with anything!
Chest ~ Raptor Hunter Tunic - this is a Bind on Pickup Quest Reward, but remember its a 4 part chain quest so save some experience. because you cant start this quest until level 28, get the quest from Hemet Nessingway, in Stranglethorn Vale
blackened defias armor - another option dropped by Edwin VanCleef in the Dead Mines (mainly called VC). its a 19 twink item but its stats are very close to that of the raptor hunter tunic, but the main thing is that it is below item level 35 and the raptor hunter tunic is over level 35, meaning you cant enchant it with high level enchants
Wrists ~ Barbaric bracer - These are also Bind on Equip so just watch the Auction House or ask a Leather worker
Hands ~ Razzeric's Racing Grips - these are Bind on Pickup Quest gloves, you get the quest from Shreev, a goblin in the Shimmering Flats beware though this is a 10 piece chain quest that cant be started until level 29
Wolfclaw Gloves - another option for gloves. they are Bind on Equip so watch the auction hose. but again they are below item level 35, meaning no high level enchants
Rings ~ Legionnaires Band - This is a Warsong Gulch Player vs. Player Reward, so don't worry about this until level 29
Seal of Sylvanas - this is a Quest Bind on Pickup ring so get the quest from Dalar Dawnweaver in the Undercity, this is only a level 18 required quest so get a friend and do it early
Dead man's Hand - This is an extremely rare but extremely cool epic ring that drops from Arcanist Doan, in Scarlet Monastary Library (he's the last boss) you can use this at level 29, it has a chance on hit of shooting off a frost nova to freeze everyone around you in place for a short amount of time
(so if you want to be an incredible bad ass then get this ring and everyone will bow down in awe of you)
Belt ~ Defiler's Leather Girdle - this is a Arathi Basin Player vs Player reward belt so don't worry about until level 29
Pants ~ Petrolspill Leggings - this item is Bind on Equip but its rare so watch the auction house for this rare piece of loot
Troll bane Leggings - these are a bit less rarer so if you see these for cheap on the Auction House their only one stat worse then the Petrospill Leggings so its worth it
(another substitute if you cant find either of those and don't want to wait is Infiltrator Pants of the monkey, which are also Bind on Equip so buy them from the Auction House
Boots ~ Defiler's Leather Boots - these are Arathi Basin Player vs Player boots, so they can also wait until level 29
Trinkets ~ Rune of Duty - this is a Player vs Player reward so don't worry about it until level 29
Insignia of the Horde - another Player vs Player reward, so don't worry about it until level 29
An awesome trinket that isn't required but is really fun to have and can actually be really helpful is the Arena Grand Master trinket it is quite a pain to acquire but worth the effort
First off you will need some level 70 friends to help you, then go (with your level 70 friends) to the Gurubashi Arena when the chest is about to appear (which is every 3 hours, i.e. 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00) when you open the chest there will be a Arena Master which is a quest item that you need to turn into the goblin who will be on the arena steps somewhere, he will give you a quest to get 11 more Arena Master's, (12 in total because you have keep the one you first get), when you finish this, you finally get your Arena Grand Master trinket (cool fact - if you spend the time you can wear two of these!)
