In World of Warcraft the warrior class can be a easy one or hard one. Thats why I made this guide so that everyone knows everything about warriors.
Warriors are a bit different to most other classes here is the basic information about them.
Armor- Warriors can wear cloth, leather, mail and plate thats mostly all of them but if your under level 40 then you can only wear cloth, leather and mail. After level 40 you can get trained to wear plate.
Weapons- Warriors can use all the weapons in the game. The most common weapon for a warrior is a sword. Axes are another common one also are shields but at low levels shields aren't that important.
Spec- The specs for warriors are all very different so i will explain them all. The 3 specs you have are Arms, Fury and protection.
Arms- This is the basic spec for all warriors. It is like protection and fury mixed up. Arms is a good starting spec for a low level and is a good starter spec to have if you just made your first warrior. It can improve most of your basic abilities such as Heroic Strike, Hamstring and Rend. People who are arms use all kinds of weapons. The armor your aiming for is armor which can increase damage.
Protection- This spec is for tanks. If you don't know what a tank is I will tell you. A tank is the warrior which gets hit by mobs (monsters) because warriors have the highest health and can wear the best armor so they can take more damage than most other classes. This spec is ok but it isn't the best for leveling I suggest you learn this at higher levels. If you choose protection it can increase your health, defense and armor rating. It also improves some abilities so it can gain more aggro ( or threat) on mobs and it also introduces some new abilities like Devastate. The main weapon for prot warriors are a one handed sword and a shield. The armor your aiming for here is stamina increasing armor and defense increasing armor.
Fury- This spec is for people who want to deal huge damage. I recommend this spec to people who want to level up fast and people who grind because it can make you kill stuff faster and easier. The bad thing about this spec is that it makes you take more damage. The main weapons for fury warriors are axes or swords (*one handed or two handed) and also you can dual wield swords which makes you a fast attacker. The armor your aiming for is crit chance armor, hit rating armor and damage increasing armor.
Stats- Your stats depend a bit on your spec you choose. For arms you would want to increase your strength alot because you need to deal alot of damage.
For protection you would want stamina, defense,Parry chance, armor (yes of course ) and resistances (like fire resistance)
For fury you would want critical chance, damage and chance to hit because there is no point on getting crit chance if you keep missing!
Well thats pretty much to it. It can seem hard but it is really easy!
So have fun on your warrior!
