Now as soon as the game starts make an altar, and queue 3 workers and set the rally flag to the gold mine.
Before the first peon comes by two seconds, pick one of your gold-mining peons and make him make a burrow.
Now when the first worker is done set the rally flag to the position where you want your Barracks to be, Perferebly blocking most of the road leading to your burrows (Which should be positioned near your great hall at a safe side near the gold mine).
Set the rally flag to the gold mine and as soon as the altar is ready pick your peon and set him to gather lumber.
As soon as you have 5 workers in the gold mine, set the rally flag to the lumber fields and make sure you have 6 workers there (counting the constructing peons too).
Now as soon as you have 40 wood make another burrow ASAP, and when your barracks is done recruit a grunt, and make another peon to gather wood so you would have 7 gathering wood including the building peons.
By now you should have your hero and a grunt following him soon, go and creep while microing with your hero and grunts.
Queue up another grunt as soon as you get your burrow done and when you have the resources tech to Tier 2.
When you reach 23 food make another grunt then a burrow asap, and when you reach 26 food make another grunt to have 29 food and make a voodoo lounge (Orc Shop).
Continue making units until your tier 2 is nearly done, and you should have 32 food right now with 425 gold and 100 lumber, recruit your second hero (Look at Part one to know which hero to pick).
From now you're done with your early start and should focus on one of the two strategies I mentioned in the first part .
P.S if you're going the raider strategy make 2 beastries and if you're going the tauren strategy make 2 tauren buildings.
