Warcraft3 is a game released by Blizzard. Warcraft3 is a Real Time Strategy game in which you can choose from 4 races. Those races are Undead, Night Elf, Orc, and Human. Each race has it's own basic units and Heroes. There is no race that is more powerful then the others. All of the racces can upgrade their units in different ways such as the Undead nerubs(spider people) getting the Web ability to ground flying units.
The Campaign part of Warcraft3 is very in depth and has a nice storyline. The scenarios get progressively harder as you get farther into each of the races campaigns. The storyline revolves around a Death Knight named Arthas and eah races attempts to thwart him etc. Each campaign is fun and interesting in it's own way.
You can also play a single player custom game where it gives you a map and some computer opponents. Your goal in this version is to defeat your opponents by destroying all of their units. You can modify the difficulty of each of your opponents as well as give yourself allies and modify their skill. You can use the premade maps and maps you made yourself in this version.
Multi player is quite fun and very challenging in Warcraft3. Multi player maps come in normal maps and custom maps. The normal maps are pretty much the same as the single player custom maps with a few exceptions, you cannot make allies for yourself and you cannot make or modify your enemies. As for multi player custom maps these vary greatly and are too hard to explain at the present time but I will publish and in depth document on them soon
