Pokemon is a show and a game lets talk about the show first the show is for kids from about 7-11 (that's what I think) so older kids and adults would not like it but it is a good show for kids because kids like animals and pokemon are sort of like animals and it has fighting between the Pokemon so boys will like it and there are 3 main characters Ash, Brock and Misty. (now it has changed) Ash is trying to become the best Pokemon master and capture really good Pokemon and Brock is trying to become the best breeder to help Pokemon.
It is hard to become the best Pokemon master and Ash has gone through a lot of difficult things to become one but still is not a pokemon master he tries his hardest. Brock is trying his best to become the best Pokemon breeder the main characters face lots of difficult challenges and will keep getting more challenges.
Now the game. The game is about you trying to become a really good player you can trade Pokemon with your friends and capture them in the game. In the game you can move around and fight with your Pokemon you can fight npc's friends and wild Pokemon you can get you're Pokemon's level higher. There are lots of Pokemon games pick which ever one you like the best and enjoy. The game I think is better than the show.
