This will tell you how to get odd pokemon in blue version of pokemon and how to get infinate items.
Learn fly and surf. and be able to fly to the following cities: viridian city and cinnaibar island. SAVE the game.
Fly to viridian and talk to the old man that has "had his coffee". he will ask you if you know how to catch pokemon. say no and watch the demonstration.
After the demonstration, fly to cinnaibar island and walk as far right as you can till you reach water. SURF on this edge. eventually (may take a up to 3 mins) you will come across some strange pokemon*. one of them being a "barcode" like creature.
Capture it. (warning: it has VERY high attack and VERY low defense. it can be level 0, 80, or 180. i recomend using the masterball after duplicating trick(seen below). NOTE!: after you catch it, it will still be attacking you. i have done some extensive research on this phenomenon, and it turns out that the missingno is actually.. an invisible kangaskahn!. i used ditto's transform and i turned into kangaskahn.
You will also find 2 other pokemon that are abnormal levels (in the hundreds). they differ from game to game. mine were snorlax and golduck, but i have had a game that had squirtle.
The duplicating trick!
follow step 1-2 in the missingno trick.
now take the item you want to duplicate and place it in the 6TH slot in your inventory.(switch spots with SELECT)
complete step 3. in missingno trick.
instead of capturing the missingno, KILL it. the sixth item will be duplicated at the end of the battle. (works well with hp up, carbos, protein, ect. also works with masterball and rare candies.
