Have you ever got tired of killing all those monsters in a MMORPG game? Don't you wish you can level up faster and get more money? These are the reasons there are hacks and cheats for those games, but the real big question is; is it worth it?
Of course with hacks you can do all kinds of stuff, you can level up faster and be richer. But doesn't that ruin the whole purpose of the game? If you don't like grinding (killing monsters to get exp) then don't play a MMORPG, play a different game! In modern society there are way too many people that hack games for their own pleasure and don't give a damn about the enjoyment of others, this should be stopped now. These game designing companies aren't doing much to stop this, sure they have hack preventing systems such as nGameguard but they got to realize that these hackers are no noobs. They can penetrate any hack preventing software, and the next time the game is patched they'll do it again and again. So what are some solutions? Well, first of all have all the characters in the games monitored, and when someone gets an enormous amount of money when they originally had none the GMs should be alerted. They should check out how much money they had before and how much they have now, if there's no trading involved in between then that's definitely a hacker. Another way is to learn how hackers work and what kind of hacks they use, either packets or sniffers or whatever. Then patch the games so these programs won't work on the games and you'll have a hacker free zone.
