Flyff Guide to Fastest Leveling

Flyff is a game based around parties for fast leveling. Unlike many other games solo play is not advisable. To solo in flyff would be rather easy. However without buffs your killing speed would be slowed down dramatically and more importantly without the advanced party bonus you are looking at least 50% exp loss per mob.

Level 1-15

Your vagrant levels the most boring. Unlike job change leveling as a vagrant does not give increased exp bonus with an advanced party. In fact the best way to level as a vagrant is with a ringmaster, commonly referred to as a rm. buffing you (haste, beef, heap up,) being the most important for a vagrant, will increase your kill speed dramatically. When being buffed to 15 I advise to put all points into strength to increase damage, the haste buff will give you the speed and accuracy you need for the low level mobs. Kill high level mobs at lvl 1 killing 1 puke puke will give you level 3 straight of the bat. Continue with the 7-8 levels above own level pattern until lvl 12.

At level 12 enter the Mas Dungeon. In here you can kill the mutant feferns for slightly double the exp of bangs, whose levels closely represent.

Without buffs

If leveling without buffs stick to mobs you are able to kill fast. Such as 3 levels above your level. NEVER kill mobs the same level as you, or under this is a waste of time as it cuts exp % on top of the fact that it's a low level mob which already gives less exp.

Put all strength points until level 10. Once you start fighting lawolf you will finally get your first "miss" hit as lower level mobs you can't miss on. Choose to continue adding strength or if you want to move onto feferns faster add dex until level 15.

Level 15-60

After doing job change quest you are able to reset your distributed points for free as well as your skills, which there was no real point in leveling anyway.

From now on you will ALLWAYS want to level inside of an advanced party. An advanced party is a party that has reached level 10. Once a party reaches level 10 and has been changed to advanced, it then gives party members more exp. To maximize exp the best way is to join a party that has 8 people (a full party.) In this party you will invite 1 friend who will level in the same area as you. Doing this you will both get bonus exp from being in the party? Make sure the other 6 party members are not in the same area as you. Or they will affect your exp.

Once you reach around level 30 buffs reliant classes will notice the dependant on buffs. While you have been leveling you should have been taking note of any full support assists you have seen through your travels. It is important as you progress through the game to add these people to your friends even if you have not spoken to them before. Of course explain why you are adding them, just tell them that if they ever need a partner you will be there for them. This means next time you log onto the game and need to level you can go through your list and find a partner rather than waiting in town or shouting for a partner which may even take hours…

It is important not to deny your often partners as they may not want to level with you and you may lose your friendship. You might suffer some exp gain by leveling with a regular client or friend, however it will be worth it in the long run as the other partners may not play as often or be not as skilled.

GOOD BUFFS?

Once you have found your partner and are aware that they will be leveling with you for some time. I highly suggest going to server 4 arena and flying above on your board or outside the arena. Ask here for some buffs as politely as you can. Why here? Often high levels will be hanging out in the arena on server 4, therefore you will receive the best buffs quite possibly all maxed out buffs. Quickly return to your partner and tell them to make sure the buffs do not run out. If they keep rebuffing over the good buffs you will be leveling with maxed out level 20 buffs for possibly hours provided you don't die.

With this method you will actually level faster than being plvled...

Mages are less reliant on buffs an assist should be able to buff themselves. Assists (future bp's) in this case. Should do the method mentioned in the above paragraph and rebuff themselves. For mages and future bp's you should level with another partner that is also fighting. This means you will get the advanced party bonus from each of your kills and you will also receive a portion of their kill.

Players should be fighting 6-8 levels above themselves. If a mage is with an assist, up to 10 levels is generally faster provided you stay alive. Why? Because the damage reeducation due to spells is a lot less than that off other classes when fighting higher-level mobs don't ask why.

Nice article. Kinda hard to perform though, considering that the personalities of the RM's arent always... "friendly" ones. Not only that, but they're usually always busy with SOMEBODY else. Therefore, leaving you to find your own means of buffing and or killing. So it is a very helpful guide to those who have access to an RM or FS Assist. Unfortunately for some of us who don't have access, I must find my own means of leveling, (namely buffing myself, and leveling at a painful rate -_-). In any case, I still find it a rather helpful article. Thanks ^^

how do u get pwr lvld.
#19 by Gr3atDark, Aug 2, 2007
actually...some people don't need those FS... N theres something true i read in some webs... IF the mob's lvl is near your lvl, the drops would be MUCH more better..so i recommend you people to not to find a FS but go and fight monsters that is 0-2 lvl difference from you... its very good .. because you know you would not die... killing monster with a great lvl difference would only means good exp, LOW drop rate.. its like ..killing 1000 monsters with onli 3 PD4 or greens.. take my advice and TRUST me!

#23 by blenna, Aug 18, 2007
glad to of helped 3^ phaze :)
sorry shadow i have not made a knight to 100+ before so it would not be as accurate, i have a blade guide though if that would be of some help. Gr3atDark, the drop rate is barely higher within 0-2 levels, and levelling for the point of drops isn't needed at a low level wait till your higher such as cranes maybe.
#24 by Moeho, Aug 25, 2007
Where can i see the blade guide
#25 by So wrong xD, Aug 25, 2007
lol People are not thinkin to smart -_-" even if you become stronger with buffs it's still useless fighting things way above your lvl >.> something 1 or 2 lvls higher would be killed 3-4times fast then a 8 lvls higher. So you would have killed 5-6 mobs around your lvl while you only killed 2 mobs of 10 lvls higher. You will actually gain more exp of killing mobs around your lvl range. So i suggest just to kill things 1 or 2 lvls above yours. youll lvl way faster this way
#26 by blenna, Aug 26, 2007
naw 1-2 is 2 low above ur lvl unless your fighting v7 mobs which are 105+ then you should be killing mobs close to your level. the damage reduction is at about 9+ lvls of yours. Like the serious dmg red that is. if you kill like 5-6 lvls above that dmg red is minimal compared to the extra xp u get

And what good is your paragraph related to the article?
just recently i achieved 81 in about 5days on Kern server - username Desire for those who play it. And yes keeping up that pace for a logn period of time is dangerous. And i never intend on playing 20hx7 for longer than maybe 2 weeks. Atm i am not playing any games, however theirs nothing wrong about devoting a few weeks into something at a hardcore pace.

hey, to those who bother about rm`s illd like to say everyone of u can make rm in less 2 days playing but i mean 2days- 48 hour vith resting some of course and even faster. you build assist and allways go to hobos ask someone plvl u after 8-10 lvls u go like garden of rhisis find partner there and so on thats fast believe me and as i played 2 weeks without stoping( ye ik know crazy) where were allways ppl hanging with rms or high lvl friends doing fast plvl so u can get double lucky - plvl staying around and after u have rm u can do so on your own having two pc`s or good friend who could help. wish u luck

Great guide! if alot of people read this maybe I can get more partners!

Currently:

Lv. 52 FS (Full Support) Assist on Lawolf. (Name: Th1s4U)
-Add me if you're on!

Also:

Lv. 44 High Stam Mercenary on Glaphan (Name: Zuan)
- I always need a partner with a lower level than me.

Umm I know, I posted earlier, but I just noticed.

DO NOT USE THIS GUIDE!!!! It\'s really horrible... This guy isn\'t that high at all.

Having raised 4 level 70s, I realize that this is mainly only build around buffs at all times.
I have a guide if ya want to use it that I DON\'T have all buff guides on. Thankies

PS: THIS IS SOOOOOO OUTDATED TOO
#55 by psychofreak™, Apr 29, 2008
Hi! I wish there is a Guide for an Elementer... But this guide also helps! I\'m from the Bubble Server... I know you don\'t know this server because it is a server in FlyFF Philippines.. There are only 3 servers here [ Bubble, Shade and Iblis ]...

... ... ... Still waiting for the Elementer Guide ... ... ...

By the way... My IGN is: psychofreak™
Level 38 Magician and soon to be an Elementer...
I\'m leveling in the Basques of Garden of Rhisis and I think it is easier to level there while in an contri-advance party...

I think I should master Looting even though it works for only 5 seconds. But it is really helpful especially in duel... Just cast it to your enemy then Blinkpool... Hehe... Great escape!

If you want to level faster, find a party with members 8-12 levels above you and ride on your board/broom and fly above your party spot so they won\'t be able to see and know that you are leeching their exp\'s hehe! That is what you gonna called [LICH/LEECH]. It\'s really nice and helpful but avoid being get caught! You can just relax, sleep or eat while you\'re AFK [ Away From Keyboard]. Then, every ten minutes, check if you\'re still in the party or not...

It's probobly just me that doesn't really understand the guide for 60-120. Is it for like aoe stat mages? Cause I'm a lvl 64 BP and I dunno if i can kill kerns with even a rm. o.o If it's not a big problem, will you explain it to me? If it is for aoe stat mages, do you have a BP guide? I wanna lvl real fast. ^^
