Flyff is a free to play MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) and is widely popular from tweens onwards. It is classed as a fantasy game and is free to download from the Gpotato homepage. You may have all in all 15 characters and as you progress, your skills and special powers increase. To progress to the next level, you must gain exp. (experience) by killing monsters that are your level.
At level 15, you have your first job change. You can choose from either an acrobat (attacking from distance), mercenary (general knight), mage (magician) and an assist (healing mage). Each have there own skills and advantages and once you choose one, you may not swap with another with the same character. Once you are at level 20, you possess the ability to fly, but you must complete a quest beforehand and buy a flying board or broom to actually fly. At level 60, you have your second job change:
- Acrobat to a Ringmaster or Billposter
- Mercenary to a Knight or Blade
- Mage to an Elementer or Psykeeper
- Assist to a Jester or Ranger
It's a great way to meet new people and use your head to build up some strategies for your character!
The download will take about 3 - 4 hours but the game is definitely worth it!
