By pressing Y you activate the stop timers - this means that when you are doing the a timed quest the time limit goes away, but this can sometimes be glitchy and cause problems, so I advise not to use this.
By pressing X you activate the gold cheat, giving you unlimited gold, to trigger this you need to pick up some gold while the gold cheat is on, you will then have one million gold, and if you spend any or pick any up it will stay at one million.
By pressing C you activate the health cheat, giving you unlimited health.
By press V you activate the mana cheat, giving you unlimited mana.
By pressing B you activate the item cheat, meaning items never run out, e.g you have 1 potion but you can use it 50 times.
By pressing N you activate the general experience cheat, giving you unlimited general experience, to trigger this you need to spend general experience on any skill, while it is on, you will then have 100,000 general experience which will not go down.
By pressing Q you toggle 1 hit mode, meaning whenever you attack something and hit it sucessfully it dies instantly, this means you can use magic like lightning (which is faster) to kill lots of monsters quickly, or to get general experience.
You must have Fable open for the keys to work, and also a good idea is to open Fable first rather than Deviance as the trainer will mix with Fable so the only way to quit deviance is exiting the game. Open Fable first then open Deviance, if you do this you can also put things on you want like health, mana, 1 hit kill and then exit Deviance, if you do this the cheats will still be on but you can't accidently toggle them like I do when I draw my weapon which is Q. If you open Deviance again after exiting to leave things toggled, it will be reset and you will need to toggle them again. I hope this guide has been useful.
