To begin, you should get power leveled to around level 20 where-ever you please then you should train your skills, thunder and cure while you're getting power leveled.
Level 40-55: Once your level 40 you should make sure your thunder is fixed (level 4) so you can get fire from the pharmacist in market. Then you can either train yourself or what I think is best use fire on the monster your getting power level from.
Level 55-70: At this level you should learn stigma almost instantly and train it like nuts because if there is an archer that has a full team they will let you in if u stigma them while in the team (say: can I join team I can stig (stigma)).
Level 70-87: There isn't much of a good way to get through these levels except for getting power level or training yourself although people won't let you in team as much because they don't get virtue points.
Level 87-90 or 92
At these levels, I advise you go to bird island and train on the bird man and the hawking till level 90 or 92 but keep a team open so you can earn yourself some virtue points which you will need soon.
Level 90 or 92-100: At this stage you should try and buy good stuff such as elite +2/1 or stuff like that then you will hit heaps. To train, I suggest you go to the lab but you will need 2000 virtue points. When you're in the lab train on the monsters there.
Level 100-110
If you run out of virtue points power level some low levels and go back in the lab. You can either buy a sky token from the market or from a monster in floor one. Once you get a sky token go to the second floor and train on those monsters.
If you want to get up and more levels either continue training in the labyrinth, power leveling to you can get dragon balls or just train on high-level monsters.
