The first thing you need is a powerful and successful guild leader.
The leader is the most important factor in a Strong Guild. They are the total IMAGE. The first thing they see is GUILD LEADER on their screens and they immediately judge the guild on what they look like. The level, the weapon, the amour. If they have all super sockets and gems. They will either want to join or allied.
Deputy Leaders
These are very hard to choose. You need a reliable, trustworthy DL.
A person who makes the right decisions. And a person who is friendly. And preferably a High level. Many guild members look up to them and if they are not friendly, they will not enjoy the guild.
Guild member
Get to know your fellow members, If u don't they will just abandon the guild or betray. Besides u don't have friends there is no point.
Guild wars
This is a MUST. If u win guild wars it will increase your popularity. Your name will be spread across the server to say u are a successful guild. And has all of the above.
Rules
Rules are important to a guild. If they don't follow the guild rules simply, warring, and then kick. It is also a test to see who is loyal and trustworthy.
Have a level requirement
I suggest 50+. If it's any lower it will just be annoying because u have to always defend and look out for them. And teach them basic rules witch they should already know
Make allies
Having allies has a big reward. You can extend your chances of winning guild wars. It is basically extending an army. The more troops the better chance.
Water Taoist
This is an absolute must have. They have the three most supporting spells in the game. REVIVE, STIGMA and HEALING RAIN.
These spells are of great power. And it shows that water Taoist is not useless.
Player killing Guild
Now this is a tough decision, and totally optional. This can lead to many things. If u are a player-killing guild it could result to a lot of enemies. If you don't, you can get a name for being a weak guild.
But is saying no player killing, only capturing. If u capture it doesn't really matter, because you are just catching someone who has killed someone else.
Braches
Do not make a branch unless your guild is of a reasonable size. There is no point of having a branch if there are little members.
Research
In twin city see the guild controller for information on guilds. If u research of other guilds. You will find out the Leader, the number of members Etc. This is useful because u can easily see if it is a resourceful guild or if u want to allied.
Have a special Event
Now this is completely optional. But it has its pro's. Throw a comp of some sort, and have a prize (A good one). This will keep your members happy and stay with the guild.
