Level 1-45
Get power leveled at Ape Mountain
Get "Scatter" at level 33 - Which enables you to hit multiple targets at the same time.
Level 45-72
Now you can either go to Bird Island or be power levelled further.
Or
Go to Adventure zone or better known as meteor zone. With a good pair of earrings, scatter shot meteor birds.
72-97
Go to the Adventure zone or Guild Conductress 3. There you can scatter basilisks, which give great exp because of their enormous mob sizes.
97-100
Scatter birdmen or anything with white colored names.
100+
Kill things in mystic castle.
Once you have a level 130 archer...
Create a Taoist and begin to power level it. At level 40 select it as a water Taoist. Buy it as many gems (Normal, Refined, Super) as possible, so that it can a lot of experience, give it an exp-pot. And way you go power leveling it up all the way to level 110.
Power level spots you should consider for fast exp gain:
1-70
Bird Island- Hawkings have high re-spawn rate and there's a lot.
70-80
Alien apes in Guild Area 3.
80-90
Senior Snakemen in Guild Area 3 .
90-110 Basilisks
At level 110, get its job promotion and receive a dragon ball valued at 30 million. Then reborn it, granting you a super gem valued 70million+.
Enjoy your hard earned 100million
Repeat the process, the richer you get the easier it is, with more gems in the equipment your Taoist is wearing. I would suggest you to buy your Archer a nice set of super equipment with Super Dragon Gems, for higher damage to power level.
