There are a couple of ways you can do this. You could either sell valuable items until you can buy a house permit in the market. Or you can mine. If you take the mining approach I suggest getting a second account on the server and getting him to run back and forth exchanging ores. This can be extremely lengthy but if you don't have much money that's the way to go.
The other way to go is to level up your character until you can kill some decent monsters in 1 or 2 hits, like apes. Once you can do this go item hunting for things like meteors, elites, supers, +1 items and even Dragon Balls if your lucky. If you can harvest enough meteors or elites and supers you can sell them in the market. Meteors are worth about 100-200k.
Elite can vary from 20 million to 2 million. If you manage to find supers your set. They can be sold from 30 million to 100 million. Now your ready to buy a house permit in the market. If you manage to find one I have seen them being sold for anywhere between 20 million and 100 million. Find the lowest price or anything that suits you. Now once you have your house permit talk to the NPC in Twin City. Give him the permit and 100k and he'll reward you with your house.
That's all it takes to get a house. Not too hard if you have help and patience. Just follow my instructions and you'll have a house in no time.
