If you read my other article then you know how to lose weight doing the other skills but now were going to learn how to train combat skills.
First off is melee
whatever your training you can fight more than 1 at a time, click 1 and attack that one, then run (not to far) then click another, and another, and another, select your prayer and then set off to start picking things up around the house, (clothes, toys etc.)or if your serious do 10 pushups, then go back to your game, every 2 minutes do 1o pushups and you will lose weight I guarantee! also to lose it even faster drink 1 cup of water every time you finish a set of pushups.
Second is ranging (a bit harder for me to explain)
same as melee except switch your bow setting to long-range, attack what your attacking and without moving attack another, and attack 4 or 5 then rune behind a fence or something and attack them all again each 1 time until you attacked every 1 individually before leaving, then switch to accurate and shoot at the weakest one. Do the same as the top states.
Last is magic (really hard to explain)
get your staff out or wand as this only works with a staff, attack each individual with your lowest strike. Then run behind a fence and switch to your highest strike, in magic it's good to get a lot more victims on you as magic is the most powerful skill. The only bad side to magic is the runes.
So there you have it, just do this and I doubt your moms will make you get out to walk as they'll probably be pretty happy they don't have to clean up or the kitchens clean even though they didn't ask you to do it.
