Ultimate Warriors/Knights Guide

A guide to help level three noobs to become level 50+ in no time at all!

Warriors are literally the most high hitting out of all the different combat groups. It is able to hit up to the 30's at max whereas rangers in the 20's and mages 16. However you must steel yourself for a challenge as being a warrior requires lots of time and if you die with your armour than usually one of your most valuable and useful assets have been lost.

1-15

First start of by earning a bit of money by mining, smithing, wood cutting etc. You will need enough money to buy full iron and an iron scimitar. First I suggest you go and kill the cows in the farm east of Lumbridge across the river. Here you should pick up all the meat and cook it as well as the cow hides. If you are dying then eat your meat and if you need money then keep your cowhides in your bank and later go to Al - Kahrid to tan them. Many people skip steel as it is very useless and you only need it for about 4 levels. The best way to train your attack, strength and defence up is by first training strength for 5 levels then train attack up 10 levels enabling you to use the next type of weapon. Then last of all train defence. As defence will give you no attack bonuses and will make your attack no stronger then you should train it last.

15 - 30

When you hit the level 15 mark then you should go to Al - Kahrid and start training on the guards. These guards are quite popular and are quite safe because if you are in trouble many people can come to your assistance as you can gang bash them. However if you really need food you can go to the kebab store next to the bank and you are able to buy kebabs for about 2gp each. Usually they heal 3hp but sometimes they are off and sometimes they are good for you.

30-40

Another good place for training is in the Edgeville dungeon. In here there are level 28 hobgoblins, level 20 skeletons and most importantly hill giants. The hill giants are level 28 and always drop big bones and sometimes another valuable item like 6 nature runes or 2 law runes. Big bones are usually the most valuable though. They are worth 400gp and give you a lot of prayer experience.

40-50

From level 40-50 you can either stay with killing hill giants or you could go to Varrock dungeon and kill level 32 deadly red spiders and level 42 moss giants. You can get great rewards from killing moss giants. For example you are able to Mithril or Adamant items. You can also pick up big bones from these large creatures.

50+

At level 50 and up you should start with training on Ice Warriors. These warriors are very strong and are level 57. You can also get very good rewards from these warriors. After this you can kill whatever you want but I suggest that you should occasionally kill the monsters in the Stronghold of Security under the barbarian village. These monsters range from level 5 goblins to level 120 Ankous. Once you are level 50 a great place to get lots of money is at Bounty Hunter. Here you can get many valuable items such as rune, adamant and lots of the time, Mithril.

Hi,
Rangers actually are better in members. 99 range compared to 99 strength, i think range wins. Rune c'bow can hit (with dragon bolts) up in the 60's. But i guess u could argue that full dharoks with about 70hp lost could hit up in the 70's, provided both ranger and meleer has the best equipment on.

I seen a pure hit 100 on an experiment (monster) in members. But for melee you have the risk of being hit. Rangers can shoot from towers and behind things, and shoot 2 arrows at a time with special. Rune c'bow with dragon bolts shooting 2 arrows at once could hit like 130. Melee is cheaper tho.
