Are you tired of having to spend hours upon hours playing Runescape, just to level up only
a little bit? Do you want millions of GP? Then this guide will work for you!
Runescape bots are considered against the rules, but if you use them correctly you can reach
high levels with no worries of ever being caught!
Basics
The basic things that are required in order to use this guide:
- The Internet.
- A computing device (like a calculator, Rofl).
- Paying attention to what is written.
Getting the Right Program
So you have never used a bot before and want to do so, well this is how you set it up, first by
getting a program to make a botting script work.
The best script runner out on the internet is scar and it is currently in version 3.06, to get this
you need to go to "freddy1990.com" and then on the left side of the screen, under programs, choose Scar.
Then, click "Download SCAR Version 3.06" (The green button) Then save the file to the desktop.
Now you must install scar, so open the Scar306Setup.exe and install to wherever you want.
After install a dialog box will open up, read this or close it, I will explain the things in the box later.
Now that you have Scar installed you need to download the latest updates and SRL, so when
the boxes appear asking you to do, so just click yes.
Getting a Script
Well, you have scar and the latest updates, now you need a script to run! So you need to go to
srl-scripts.com.
You need to register with your email account to download scripts.
Then choose whichever type of script you want. Woodcutting, Fighting, Mining, etc...
Once you have a choice of type. Look through the script list and find one you think will be a good one try
a 5 or 4 star script. Then download it should only be a few kilobytes.
Running the Script
Now you have Scar and a script, but what to do? Well open the script either by selecting it from
the Scar open menu, or opening it from where it was download to.
Now you have the script open in Scar, so you need to run it. Well in the opening lines of the script
it should tell you where to start your player at. And below that there might be some lines for putting in your
player name and username, (Don't worry it's not a scam) then a spot for your nickname. The nickname is 3
or 4 letters from your name used to identify yourself for the script to random events.
Now you have the players set up and now there might be a color setup. To do this you must: While
logged in Runescape, on the Scar menu buttons on the top of the program there is a color picker.
Click this and the Runescape screen will freeze, then pick the colors you need to pick and copy them into the
script.
(This might be a bit confusing so I'll give you an example).
Example: The Example is based off Wizzup's SRL Essence Miner 1.15
- Load the Script.
- Find the player lines.
- Insert the data you need. (Username, Password, Nickname, Don't change loc (Where you are), Don't change Active (If you want to use this account).
- No color changing for this script.
- Read directions! (If any, if no directions check the post on the website you got it from).
Back to Business
Well now you have your script ready and you want to use it. Well open Runescape (Client works best) and put scar along the bottom.
Then move the cursor onto the screen so as it is in the middle of the Runescape screen.
Once you did that then just click the green play button and off you go.
YAY! You just started and ran your first scar script!
