Once you have gotten through the minor trials of Tutorial Island, your level three is teleported to Lumbridge. To start earning money for the thousands of big bones you will need, head up to Barbarian Village, by cutting through Draynor Manor. There, enter the Stronghold of Security by running through hordes of monsters, and completing it. (Yes, you can complete it at level three.) For completing, you will be awarded with 10k.
Head northeast to the Grand Exchange, spend 9k on cowhide. Teleport to Lumbridge, and head east to Al Kharid. Spend the next twenty minutes running between bank and tannery, having all the cowhides tanned.
Run northwest to the Grand Exchange, and sell all the leather. You should now have about 15k. Repeat the process until you have 1m, which should only take a day of Runescaping. Spend 500k on big bones. Repeat this process until you have level 99 prayer. This should land you with a combat level of 15, but hidden beneath that low level is ultimate power. With new protect prayers, you can fight without getting damaged!
Buy an ornate gravestone. We priests want to die in style, if we ever do. Buy monk's robes, and a holy symbol, then pray at the monastery's alter for ultimate prayer power. Show off by blessing gravestones. PK a level 84, when you are just level 15! Prayers are fun!
