Also, some training tips -

When training, you will find out that it's fun the first time you train ( new player), but actually you don't know that it will soon be boring, and I know it (I'm level 84). Even if you do know that training is boring, training a stat that's at 0 is fun at first, but then, it's pretty hard.

So, to help you out with the boredom take a friend or your clan, I take my clan and we really have fun, though sometimes it get's over done a bit, once I was training woodcutting with my clan and my clan mate started saying all these funny things and I forgot about training and when he had to go I realized I didn't go up even a level in 3 hours. Right any way yes take a friend or your clan, then also take with you pleanty of food and a wepeon and armor of your best, but make sure that you can afford to lose it, if you rake dragon to train with, make sure that you are ready to lose it at times, which rarely happens, also a friend or clan can save you from this.

I don't recommend wilderness as a training area.

Now the food table. What food should I get?

Well, you should always fill your entire inventory with food.

When training on low level monsters or mid level monsters I would say lobsters.

If you're training on high level monsters I would recommend Sword fish, if you want to know how to get 99 fishing and cooking together to help you with food check out my other guide.
