First of all you start with around 100k and get 2 nooby miners to mine you 1k iron ore for 50k. When they give you the iron ore, you go to falador east bank and say "selling 2k iron ore 200k". Somebody will buy the iron ore within a minute or two.
Now you have 200k. You stand in the bank in falador and say, "buying 1k lobsters 200k". When somebody sells you them, you go to varrock west bank and say, "selling lobsters 250ea". When you have sold them all, you will have 250k.
Now you have 250k. Stay in varrock bank and say, "buying all rune scimitars 25k" and you should buy 10 of them. When you have 10 you say, "selling rune scimmys 30k ea" and when you sold them all you should have 300k.
Now you repeat the iron ore process and you should get 6k iron ore. When you have sold this you should start buyin full rune for 170-175k and then selling for 180-185k (You sometimes sell for 200k). When you have bought 3 sets of rune and sold them you should have around 740k.
Now you stand near varrock bank saying, "Buying Full rune (t)" for 740k and when you have bought it, you sell for around 810-820k. You now repeat this process until you have as much cash as you want.
Believe me, this works! I made 1.5 mil in 4 days which is good when you think about how long you'd be cutting yew logs or mining coal to sell for 1.5mil...
