The Best Way To Train in Runescape

A quick guide to training fast in Runescape.

Hey Everyone. Are you looking for a fast, safe, easy way to train in Runescape, without the hassle of buying expensive food and armour? Well Listen up Ladies!

First off, make sure that you understand the concepts of Runescape. The first concept we will be using to get high levels fast is aggression. You want to find monsters that will attack you, but are easy to kill and to little damage. The best possible combination of these things is rock crabs. They are aggressive, have a huge amount of hitpoints (50) for their level (13).

This means that fighting to just level attack, strength, or defense, you get 200 XP per rock crab that you kill. If you already have a high defense level, they can hardly touch you, and you will need only a small amount of food like 4 lobsters.

Unfortunately rock crabs are a member-only monster, *sigh* members get all the good stuff eh? If you are a member and meet the small amount of criteria here, rock crabs can be found in the North-eastern part of Relleka, but also east of the city (as in outside of it), and can also be found on Waterbirth Island.

Now, if you are a F2P player, the easiest way to train this way is on the skeletons (lvl 45) in the karajma dungeons, (right outside where elvarg is).

OK! I hope I helped you all out, and have fun training, maybe someday you can kill me!

i believe there is a lvl 25 sheep-looking monster that is another one of fenkenstrain's many experiments that has 100 hp. must have completed the priest in peril & restless ghost quests and at least started the create of fenkenstrain quest to get to.

I like training on the Flesh Crawlers in the 2nd level of the Stronghold of Security. They often drop 42 fire runes, which, together, go for about 420gp each. I make 50k per trip I take there.
