Kite glitch is made by using a zombie hand emote and a dragon toy kite. (You can only have the emote if you have completed the Leo grave digger random event. BTW: You can buy the toy dragon kite from Diango in Draynor village.) First of all, wield your dragon kite and then you quickly do the zombie hand emote. For a split second, you jump away from the kite and it is left in mid air. That's how you do the dragon kite glitch!
Even though the kite is just a toy, it can be used as a weapon. Just simply wield it. Since the kite is not so strong, I recommend noobs to use a shield. ( If you're a level one to twenty, I recommend you not to wield the kite.
Lastly, The kind can simply be a toy. It can also be used for decoration. Obviously, if you don't like sell it to someone.
