This guide will outline various ways on how to train your skills, which means all of them. The skill guides will be arranged alphabetically, according to the skill's name, though there is an exception for melee and range skills. Those will be at the end. Here it goes:
Agility: Agility is a member's only skill that is trained by doing various obstacle courses, running through traps, and going through shortcuts. Recommended for training agility is boots of lightness, spottier cape, penance gloves, and nothing that gives weight bonus, just no weight clothing and negative weight bonus clothing. You should also bring sacks of vegetables or cakes so you have food that heals little by little. This helps because if you fail an agility the course, the lower a certain number is, the lower you are damaged. Therefore, if you keep yourself at low health, but can continue healing yourself, then you stay down there longer. The certain number is found by taking your health level divided by your current health. The lower that number is, the more you are damaged. The higher that number is, the lower you are damaged.
1-35: Head to Tree Gnome Stronghold. Once there, look for the obstacle course here. Just keep on going around and around the course until you reach the desired level.
35-40/45a: Head to the Barbarian Outpost. You will have needed to complete the Bar Crawl to have access to the course, as well as 35 agility. Do this until you reach your desired level.
35-40/45b: Head to the Agility Pyramid somewhere in the desert. At the top, you get a thing that you can sell to the archeologist at the bottom in the Pyramid for 1k.
45-52: Head to the Brimhaven agility course. You could start doing this before 45, but 40 definitely helps getting agility tickets (I'll explain later) and 45 will lessen the chances of messing up on one of the obstacles. You will need 200gp to enter. In this course, you follow the arrow to one of the platforms, which you must get to by doing obstacles. Once there, you hit the ticket booth there. If that was your first ticket booth you had hit from the time you had gone down there, then you will have to hit another to get your first ticket. Basically, for your first ticket booth you don't get one, but for now on you will always get a ticket as long as you hit a booth. Once you are done, then head out the ladder and right click on the pirate guy and click on, “exchange your tickets.” Then exchange them for agility points, a hook, or some herbs.
52-60: Now you can enter the wilderness course near the Mages Arena in the wilderness. This is very fast exp, though it can be dangerous. Make sure you are in an unpopulated world. Just do this over and over till 60.
60-99: This is one of the best methods for exp. This is the course that is recommended to 99, though you need to have beaten Monkey Madness and have a ninja monkey greegree. Now bring lots of cakes and continue doing the course over and over.
Uses: Agility is useful because of the fact it is the determining factor of how fast your energy recharges. This effect even carries over into non-member worlds (the weight of how much stuff you carry determines how fast your energy goes down). Also, this skill is used in many skills. You can also use this skill to take shortcuts.
Construction: Construction is a members only skill. This skill can be used to make player owned houses (poh) where you can host parties, make a dungeon and train in there, or just have your own place. Think of the products they sell at Home Depot, that is what you will be using in this skill. I will include three ways to 99 for this guide. The first and second way will be faster than the third way. I am unsure which is faster between the first and second way though. Some tips for this skill are that you can hire the butler at level 40 for 5k. He will take oak logs from you to the sawmill so it saves time. He will ask for another 5k once in a while. You can also put your house in Brimhaven so you save time when chopping mahoganies or teaks. You should also build your workbench right next to your portal to save some more time. If you want the shortest distance between a bank and your house, then put your house in Yanille, which requires 50 construction.
First way:
1-16: Get 500 iron nails and 100 planks and make crude wooden chairs out of them.
that was ok, but not i think the best you could do, it is to basic and personally, i dont think black dragons are a very good canadite to train ranging on!!!

Not of the best quality, but at least someone out there is putting effort into their guide. At least it's not one of those guides that says "gain levels; that is how you do well in this stat". C'mon give him some slack...
