Training
First you have to make a Character and get through the Tutorial. While your there don't waste too much time because you can get the same amount of training outside of the island. After you made it to the mainland I'd recommend training your attack and strength to level 10 on Chickens (Don't forget to start burying bones). Then go through the Stronghold of Player Safety to get 1k exp from the red lamps, 10k and safety gloves. Next go to the Grand Exchange and buy full Iron, a cape of your choice, Strength amulet and one of every scimitar except iron and bronze. Equip the best scimitar that you can at all times. Then go through the Stronghold of Security and get another 10k and the Colorful or Fighting boots. If you still don't have enough cash that's okay you can get it later. Now go back to Cows and kill them until level 20 attack and strength. Keep burying bones.
Store the cowhides because you can sell them at the Grand Exchange for 100 ea so 100 will give you 10k. Now is the long boring trek to get to 40 attack and 40 strength. Go to the Monks and train there because they can heal you so you won't have to need food. Keep burying bones and stop once you get to 32 because then you can use Ultimate strength. After you get to 40 attack and 40 strength you can either decide to train in 2 places Stronghold of Security or stay at the monks. If you choose to go to the Stronghold of Security train on the Flesh Crawlers and bring food. The Flesh Crawlers always do one damage so you won't use that much food.
Now you can train your strength to 70. After that you're almost done. All you have to do is get 40 range so 10. Then go to Cows until level 25 and then kill the Minotaurs at the Stronghold of Security until 40 range. After this just get Dragon legs, dragon Vambraces and monk robes top. So your equipment should look like this Iron full helm, cape, strength amulet, monk's robe, dragon legs, dragon Vambraces, gloves, boots, rune scimitar and an iron kite shield. Now all you need is strength potions and swordfishes and you are ready to go to Bounty Hunter.
Bounty Hunting
When you go in turn on your protect item prayer so you can save your rune scimitar if you die. Then go scout around to find someone to attack. You want to find someone who will fight you and not run at the first second of attack. The best ones are the ones wearing full mithril, adamant or rune because they bring in a hefty profit. There level should be about 50 or less so you can easily K.O them. Before you attack them turn on your prayer and drink a strength pot. Then attack them watch them die. With 70 strength you should be able to hit around 18 or 19 with pot and prayer. Which if your opponent is not careful could kill them. After they die when you pick up there stuff make sure you have enough food and that no one around you is deadly like a level 55 ranger who might be a pure. Then wait for the count down to end and store your goods in the bank and start the cycle again.
Earning Money for Armor, Food, Potions and Other Goods
You could do other skills like fishing or wood cutting, but that takes a lot of time that is unneeded and not useful for a pure. I recommend mining clay and wetting it to make soft clay. Soft Clay sells for 100 ea so they are pretty easy to sell and earn money. Other things you can do is after you get to level 32 prayer you can sell bones for about 100 ea and earn a hefty profit.
