Nobody is really sure of why they would stop something that has been around since the creation, but nevertheless they have done it. In its place they have put in a replacement if you will. The new mini-game is called Bounty Hunter, in which you go around in caves specified for in or around your level range, and you attempt to collect the bounty on one of your fellow players.
But the runescape community is fighting back!
In the first day of their pking removal they lost over half of the members. That is a stunning lost. But Jagex has assured us that they will bring pking back in due time.
