1 GP - 300K
First off, go directly to the chicken coop (next to the cows). Now, on a crowded world (1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8) pick up all the bones other players don't pick up. Go to Lumbridge castle and deposit them at the third floor. These sell for 100 ea. Go back and repeat. After you get 1000 of them, run to varrock ( because mages can kill you) and go to the west bank.
Now world hop to world 1, 3, 4, or 5 and sell your bones to anyone buying them. This process should not take more than a day. Now that you have 100k, you can start merchanting. Now, go to Al Kharid bank. In a crowded world ( world 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8) get out your 100k and say buying cow hides 100 ea over and over again.
People will trading you and you should get 1k of them in about 10- 20 min. Now go to world 1 (has to be world one) and sell those 1k cow hides for 140k - 150k. Repeat ( most people only buy in 1k's). This should take no more than 2 hours.
300K - 1 Mill
Now that you have 300k, you can start making money faster. I would start off by buy 3k cow hides for 300k. Then, you can run to the tanning place, and tan your cow hides into soft leather ( you can make 2k of them in 1 hour). These sell for 250 ea ( look on forums).
Now that you have 750k, you can ether repeat the following or buy the soft leather directly from other players. Buy 3k of them for 200 ea(hard to buy) and sell them back on forums for 250 (easy to sell) making a total of 1 mill.
1 Mill - 3 Mill
Now that you have 1 mill, you can stick with buying soft leather 200 ea and sell for 250 ea or you can merchant lobsters buying 200 ea( sort of easy to buy) in edgeville and selling it back 250 ea( hard to sell) in varrock (same money but ways to do it). You can also buy natures runes for 280 ea and sell for 300 ea. I prefer merchanting soft leather.
