There's probably about 50 billion ways out there to become a Runescape member for free. But, almost 10 out of that 50 billion work. Which I doubt anyone could ever find it. You shouldn't be doing what you are currently doing. Don't try it. If you get free membership, where is going to come from? The server will know, and most likely ban you, or make you pay them for the actual price of the membership twice to unlock your account. Even after that you will have to pay again if you even want to become a member again and start playing.
And a warning, if you see all these websites telling you to insert your username and password and you can duplicate items and change how much money you have, THOSE ARE SCAMS! Do you know what they really do? When you insert your information, and hit submit, and sends an Email to somebody saying the information you put in, so they can automatically change your password. DON'T FALL FOR IT! I would give you a list of sites that did this, but I would have to go really deep into research to get those. And I don't want to waste my time creating RS characters and just sending them out to be taken. No, that's why you should never do any of the stuff I've listed above.
If there's ever a software that you can download that hacks into RS to make you a member, or change your stats, it probably has a Trojan Horse, or a Keylogger. So the person who handed the software out, can then steal your username and password, then have all the fun they want on RS. This is a warning to all the lazy-bums who don't try to level themselves up, or do anything. If your just too lazy, then don't play RS. If you're not, heed my warning before its too late.
To become a member, what I suggest, is to sign up with some online survey, (You need a PayPal account to do this) and do surveys for like $40. Then you can buy almost more than half a year of RS Membership. That's what I used to do. Until now, I have a real job and I don't need to do all of that. But if that doesn't work, then just beg to your friends, or steal someone's phone and send a text message. (I'm joking.) Don't do that though.
With that survey money, sign up with a paypal account email, then make sure they send the money to your paypal account email address, and wha-laa! You have money in your paypal account, and you can now make yourself a member. This is one of my easiest guides to getting RS Membership.
