Runescape Tips to Get That Whip and More!

Non-Member:

1. Collect big bones from hill giants and sell for 300-400 gp per. (Use bronze key on door between Varrock and Edgeville. There should be a little room with a door and a ladder inside. Use the bronze key on that door and climb downstairs).
2. Mine coal (40 mining) in Dwarven Mines and bank it in the East Falador Bank. It sells for 150-200 gp each.
3. Kill chickens and collect feathers. They sell for 5-10 each.
4. Kill cows and collect their cowhides. Nearest bank is the one in Al Kharid. Finishing Prince Ali Rescue is a great help here. If you didn't do it, use the Lumbridge Bank on the castle 3rd floor.

Member:

1. Find an area with many regular trees. Bring an axe and a knife. Chop regular trees. When your inventory is full, use a knife on them and make arrow shafts. Each log gets you 15 and each arrow shaft is worth 5-10 each. Each log therefore gets you 75-150 gp each.
2. Collect flax in Seers Village. Once you have a full inventory, bank them in Seers Village bank and then repeat. Flax is worth 100 each. I you don't mind spending a little extra time and want to raise your crafting level in the process, you can spin the flax into bowstrings. The closest spinning wheel to the bank is the one in Lumbridge. The next closest is the one in Seers Village. Bowstrings sell for 150-200 each.
3. Collect unids (unidentified herbs) by killing Chaos Druids in Taverly Dungeon or in low-level wilderness in Edgeville Dungeon. These sell for 1k each. Chaos druids are level 13.
4. Buy bronze arrows from stores. Keep switching worlds until you have a desirable amount. Bronze arrows are worth 18-20 gp each.
5. Buy water filled vials from the store in Ardougne. Repeat until you have a desirable amount. These are worth 250 each.

Tips When Selling:

1. Always sell in bulk (a large amount). You will get more for your stuff that way. For example. If I tried to sell 1k bowstrings, I would probably get 150 each, 150k. However, if I collected for a while and got 10k or 20k bowstrings, I could probably sell for more, maybe 160 or 170 each.
2. Check the forums for people that are buying what you're selling. If you're a member, start a thread stating what you're selling, the quantity, the price each, and additional details such as where you want to meet, what world, etc. If you're non-member, just glance through the forums, see if anyone's buying what you want for the price you want. Use the search button and pm the user to see if he wants to buy from you.
