I'm gonna tell you some tips to get rich in runescape.
STEP 1
First of all, you need 1500gp.
Now, go to karamja and start asking people for buying lobsters. They usually sell there lobsters for 100ea, 125ea, or 175ea. When you have spend all your money on lobsters (keep 30 coins for returning to Port Sarim!) then sell them in world 1 (or other crowded worlds) for 250ea. You'll make a good profit every time you do this. Keep doing this until you have 50k (or more).
STEP 2
Then, when you have 50k or more there are 2 ways to get more money. First, you can return to Karamja and keep buying people's lobsters but now ask for lobbie notes as well. They usually sell there notes for 175ea. Then, sell them again in crowded worlds for 250ea. And remember this very well: The more money you have, the more money you can earn!
And also remember that people pay more for items in larger amounts than smaller amounts.
Then, the 2nd way to earn money is to make steel bars. Go buy coal (150-180ea) and iron (80-120ea) or mine some yourself. Then smelt all your coal and iron into steel bars. Per steel bar you make you'll have 150-200gp profit. Players who are members can make the steel bars into cannonballs, and then sell the cannonballs for 200-250ea. (Per steel bar you make you'll get 4 cannonballs) I suppose that this are good ways of making millions.
DROP PARTIES
When they are drop parties, always compete. You'll never know if its true, but if it is, you'll earn a quick 40-100k. But only compete if you see that the guy who's dropping the stuff has a great combat-level (around 90-126) and wears great stuff (like Santa hat, whip, dragon chain,…)
Some other tips:
- Never buy an item when you don't know the price of it. I've lost once 300k this way. Runehq doesn't always give the correct price!
- When your merchanting, always have some cash at hand. There's nothing worse than seeing a great deal slip away because you don't have the money at that moment.
- Always check the second trading screen. Don't get scammed!
- The hard working miner can also earn easily. You can mine 1k iron in one hour and then sell for 100k in crowed worlds.
