This is my latest guide on how to make and use a strength pure. It is split into two sections, making the account and using the account.
Training On Men
Head out of lumbridge, and go to men near edgeville. Bank everything, and whip our iron, steel, black, mith, addy, and rune scim. Also bring trouts for food, as they do occasionally hit 1s. Attack the men and train your stats in this order, as it will be quickest.

- 20-30-1

- 40-40-1
The reason you train on men until 40 strength, is that they have a fast respawn rate, good hp, easy access from bank, and low demand. These are factors people ALWAYS overlook, and so you have yourself and perfect early training ground.
Training on Alkharid Warriors
You will require either kebabs or trout for this process. Bringing strength potions highly speeds up the process. Train strength until 71 on these warriors. You will end up with these stats:
- 40 Attack
- 71 Strength
- 1 Defence
- Around 50 Combat
You will hit:
- (Weapon - Prayer - No prayer)
- Rune Scimitar - 16 - 18
- Rune 2 Hander - 19 - 21
Prayer!?
Most strength pures get prayer because they believe it will increase their damage. This is a common deception, because 31 prayer gives 3.75 Combat lvls, while you could also get 12 Strength levels within the same combat. Remember that when you drink a strength potion, it adds a proportion of your total strength. The higher strength, the higher proportional bonus. Also the strength levels are permanent and prayer is not.
Just to Prove it
With 71 Str
- (Weapon - Prayer+Pot - 12 Str + pot)
- Rune Scimitar - 20 - 24
- Rune 2 Hander - 20 - 25
PKing (1 v 1)
Invent - 26 Lobsters, Strength Potion, Rune 2 Hander.
Wearing - Iron Helm, Iron chain body, iron platelegs, Rune Scimitar, Strength Amulet, Cape.
Late Switch KOing
This is when you hit your opponent until they on around 23 or so hp. Just before your rune scimmy lifts, you click on your r2h and attack them. The r2h will instantly swipe for damage, and they will assume to take damage from a scimitar, but instead take from r2h. This extra 5 or so damage could mean life or death for them.
Beat Down KOing
This is when you keep beating down your opponent so they cannot eat fast enough. You usually hit a few times with the rune scimitar until they can only eat up to around 22 hp. Then you use your r2h. If you are attempting to do this, be aware that they can eat twice within one hit if you hit them more than 2-3 times.
Eg. They are on 40hp. You hit a 10, then a 15, they eat, you hit a 18, they eat, you use a r2h to hit a 21. They are in Lumby.
PKing (Multi)
Invent - 26 Lobsters, Strength Potion, Rune 2 Hander.
Wearing - Iron Helm, Iron chain body, iron platelegs, Rune Scimitar, Strength Amulet, Cape.
Basically practice piling with your team, spam names. You could also tree hug, safe or death dots.
Tree Hug means you run into trees so its hard for them to chase or attack you.
Safe means you eat every time you go below half your hp.
Death doesn't mean everyone stands on the same spot so on the minimap it appears that only 1 person is there, when in fact there are several.

Please do not PJ, Tag or safe in 1 v 1, as it is dishonorable.
