Runescape: Fun and Games or Cold Hard Addiction?

Do you or your friend play RuneScape for hours a day. Have you gotten bad grades or haven't been up to standards in fitness. If so, I will show you how to correct these flaws.

Why would anyone want to play Runescape for hours when they can do other more productive things? When you play Runescape you could do things such as running outside playing with friends or just reading. I am not telling you to quit but it would be wise.

When you want to play Runescape and to keep healthy at the same time you could try playing Runescape for a certain amount of time then going outside for a certain amount of time. Another keep health a play Runescape is to get a treadmill, and put your laptop on top of the treadmill an jog while playing Runescape. I hope I helped you keep healthy while playing Runescape or to quit it altogether.

yeh i find that runescape is great for stress relief after a full days worth of studying in college, and some times to kill time on weekends and such. its also much more open-ended and interesting than most online games anyway which adds to its quality. i dont want to kit but playing less is a better idea.

Wow this really is a stupid article. "When you play runescape you should run outside"? Unless your running with a wireless laptop, i dunno if this is gonna happen

Connor stop be so ignorant and being so stupid. This dude spent his time into it and all you can do is critisize it? If you understand the mistake then you should understand the message he was trying to put forth.

I think I've "quit" Runescape about 3 times. Everytime I rejoin, my addiction level is noticibly lessened. I currently don't play it, but think about doing so at times. But I do like the treadmill idea. Maybe you could also do push-ups and every time you go down you click the mouse with your face. :D
