Level 1-15:
Get logs and a knife and make arrow shafts. To make it go faster, make headless arrows by adding feathers. It'll take 7245 arrow shafts, or 2415 headless arrows.
Level 15-30:
Use the arrow shafts or headless arrows to make iron arrows. If you made arrow shafts, then make all of them into headless arrows, then add iron arrow heads to them. This will make 2175 iron arrows if you made only the arrow shafts from level 1-15, or 3495 iron arrows if you made headless arrows.
Level 30-45:
Make steel arrows. It'll make 8415 steel arrows if you made arrow shafts from level 1-15 or 7605 steel arrows if you made headless arrows, I think.
Level 45-70:
Make mithril arrows. It'll make 76,545 mithril arrows. At level 60, you can make adamant arrows if you don't want to make 76k mithril arrows.
Level 70-85:
Get yew logs and make longbows(u). Then you can either string them and high alch them, or you can trade them for more yews. It'll take 16,807 if you string them, 33, 613 if you don't. If you want to, you can make rune arrows at level 75.
Level 85-99:
Now, get magic logs and make them into longbows(u). Then, like before, you can string them and high alch them, or you can trade them for more magics. It'll take 53,420 if you string them, 106,840 if you don't. Again, you can make rune arrows if you want.
