Some good spots and places to start fishing
Hello my name is Luke Katarn and I am here to teach you how to fish in Runescape. Now if you passed the training so then you should now that if you have a net then you can fish. But where do you do it? So you go out of the Lumbridge castle (where you start) and then walk to your right or towards the ax shop. And past the Church and cemetery, you then go out the gate and down towards the mine you will see a man fishing and maybe a few other players fishing. Some of them may have fishing rods and others nets.
Now you may be thinking ?I want a fishing rod too!? But wait, you need a fishing level of 20 to fish with a rod. So for now you shall catch shrimp. Now that you have a lot of shrimp you may be thinking ?Oh now what do I do now that I have a lot of shrimp???? Well......
You could make a fire and cook them (read that in another of my guides) and then store them in your bank.
You could take it up to Port Sarim and sell it at the fishing shop for a bit of gold.
Now do that many times and your fishing level will go up!!!
