Runescape Fire-Making Guide

A guide which can help you to get 99 Fire Making.

You need to be rich and spend a bit of money if you want 99 Fire Making. It is faster if you spend the money and buy logs but is cheap and better is you cut them yourself. The good locations for fire making for f2p are Varrok, Draynor, Falador, Edgewile. Members do not have much of an advantage over f2p in fire making. This is one of the easiest skill to make 99. You need to follow the following procedure to get 99 fire making:

  • Level 1 to 15

You need to burn normal logs as it is the only thing you can burn. Either cut them yourself or buy it from noobs at low prices or from the grand exchange. You will also 4 find free logs which respawn outside the lumbridge bank.

  • Level 15 to 30

You should burn oaks which is the best at this stage. It is not very expensive. You can also burn normal logs. It will be very slow if you burn the logs outside lumbridge castle and you will soon start getting bored.

  • Level 30 to 65

From this stage onwards, you will get very fast xp as you can burn willows which are 90 xp each. You should cut/buy 3-4k willows and burn them. Then you will be around 60-65 from 30. This is what I did. This will take about 4-5 hrs.

  • Level 65 to 99

Now after lvl 65 Fire Making, you will be in a hurry to make it 99. The best option for you is to burn maples which cost around 45 ea in the Grand Exchange. You will need to burn 93k maples to make it 99 so do so. You can also burn willows which is cheaper but not such a good option. This is good for not so rich people. You need to burn around 139k willows. That is why I advice you to burn maples. I cut yews, sold them and bought maples from my profits. This is good woodcutting and fire making xp.

Soon you will be 99 Fire Making if you follow this guide. Thank you for reading this guide.
