This cooking guide includes many fish, so if you don't have a high fishing level, then you can read my Runescape Fishing Guide
.
Level 1-15:
Cook anything you can. Sardines and herring give the best experience, so I suggest cooking them. If you plan on fishing and cooking sardines and herring, then you can go to the fishing spots south of Al-Kharid bank.
Level 15-30:
Cook trout and salmon. If you want to fish and cook, then go to Barbarian Village and use the fires in the bar.
Level 30-40:
You can keep cooking trout and salmon, or you can start cooking tuna. The only place to fish tuna on f2p (free to play) worlds is at Karamja. In order to get there, go to Port Sarim and find a sailor, right-click him and pay 30 coins. If you plan to go, then bring 60 coins, a harpoon, a wc (woodcutting) axe, and a tinderbox. After you're done fishing the tuna, then go to the tree near the place where you came onto Karamja and cut it. Then make a fire and cook the tuna. If you want to keep the cooked tuna, then go bank and bring 60 more coins.
Level 40-55:
Keep going to the same place, but this time fish lobsters.
Level 55+:
You can cook pretty much anything you want if you're f2p. If you're not afraid of going past level 20 wilderness, then you can go to bandit camp and make anchovy pizzas. Bring a little money and a net. Buy some dough from the guy near the range, then grab the tomato and cheese and add it to the dough. Cook the pizza. Then go fish some anchovies, cook them, then put them on the pizza.
It lacks detail and expertise, as you probably are a low level player. You could add hints and training tips, such as worlds and amounts needed.
