First of all you must create your own clan. Do this by clicking the button for the Clan menu and then click Clan setup, just like in the image:

First you must choose a name for your clan. To do this, press on the "Clan name:" button, which is surrounded by a red rectangle. Then write in your clan name. If you want to change a person's rank, right-click on the person's rank and choose another one.
Now you have a clan. Now you can go to the clan wars minigame and start your adventure! I suggest joining your own clan and start advertising for it. Maybe you will need an auto-typer. Now you can start advertising. I suggest going in World 141, because there are always people there, and it's not very very crowded.
If you see that nobody joins your clan even if you have advertised for about 5 minutes, then go challenging someone and, before the fight starts you can say "join my clan, join my clan", and maybe someone will join your clan. If you are 1on 1 with another person, if he/she has a lesser/close to yours then propose him a deal. Tell him that who loses joins the other. If, unfortunately you lose, keep your word and try making a clan of yourself next day.
When somebody joins your clan you should make them immediately generals and tell them the rules of the clan. Now I'll tell you the rules of my clan, and you can take them as good, or you can make ones by yourself. The rules are: 1. everyone starts as a general. 2. who doesn't listen to the leaders order is degraded by 1 rank. 3. who loses all his ranks is kicked out of the clan for that day. I repeat again: if you don't want to use them, then don't use them. Quite as simple! Even if you should be the leader, you should put as a leader the highest level in your clan.
Now I will tell you some of the tactics I use while leading my clan. If the enemy clan has more players than yours and they are better prepared you should tell the all the people in your clan to follow you, and then go backwards until the enemies don't see you and after that get back on one of the sides. If one of the people doesn't listen, then just degrade them by 1 rank. When the timer has elapsed, quickly enter your opponents' side. The enemies will search you and your clan in your side. After that go in one of the forests and stay there. If you see one of the enemies, quickly pile him, kill him and then run to change your position. You have way bigger chances to defeat the enemy clan if you kill their members 1 by 1.
Another tactic I could tell you is that you and your clan must attack a single person. You must always pile somebody, because you have bigger chances of finishing him fast and then get another one. After you have won congratulate your clan members and go advertising. Tell your clan members that they should advertise to make a bigger clan.
