Noob Stackables:
Bones:
The best location to earn bones is around lumbridge. Lots of people kill goblins or cows and leave the bones behind. I recommend the cow farm or the woods behind the general store.
Cowhide:
The best place to earn lots of cow hide is the dairy farm behind the mill. There is barley anyone there and there are plenty of cows. Also just to top all this off there is now a deposit box for you to store the cowhides when you have a full inventory.
Copper & Tin:
The fastest place to get lots of copper and tin is the mine by the berry bushes in varrock. There is a bank close by and plenty of ores to mine from.
Logs:
This is an easy one. Just find a part of the woods in lumbridge that is filled with trees.
Beginner Stackables:
Iron:
There are lots of great places to mine iron. But I recommend the mines around varrock. Like the brass key cave or the one by the berry bushes. Al'karid is also a great place to stack on iron.
Salmon/Trout:
A good place to find salmon and trout is the Lumbridge River. It's close to the bank and close to the chicken farms so you can get more feathers if you are running low.
Oak logs:
A really good location to get oak logs is the oak tree outside the lumbridge castle. Oh sure its only one tree but trees respawn fairly quickly (like one or two seconds).Also its right next to the lumbridge bank.
Medium Stackables:
Willow logs:
A great place to get willow logs is the river by Draynor village. There are lots of willows to chop from and it's exactly beside the bank. But there might be a lot of players there though. Another good place is that duck lake by Fred's farm.
Coal:
The best place to get coal will be the miner's guild. But if you are not level 60 in mining go to the mining spot beside lumbridge swamp or the brass key cave.
Sliver:
A good place to get sliver ore is the crafter's guild. If you are not level 40 crafting then I recommend buying sliver for large productions because mining will be very slow.
Advanced Stackables:
Lobster/Swordfish:
Duh karumja.
Mithril ore:
A great place to get mithril ore is a mine in the wilderness that is full of hobgoblins. Bring a rune scim and some mithril armor to help you. Also carry some food and varrock tele when you see a revenant or your inventory is full.The miner's guild is also a graet place.
Gold ore:
The best place to get gold is the crafter's guild.
Law runes:
A great way to get law runes is to kill the level 83 cockroaches in the stronghold of player safety, They drop 16-27 law runes at a time.
