Pet Fish Guide

Care for your pet fish on RuneScape.

Where and how to get your fishy

  1. Make a fishbowl from molten glass (crafting 42 required)
  2. Add water
  3. Add seaweed
  4. Go to the fishing shop in Catherby and buy a tiny net (10 gp)
  5. Use the net with the aquarium (with fishbowl in inventory)
  6. Now you have a fish!
  7. Feeding your new pet fishy

Your fish eats fish food

You can get this from the spawn in Draynor Manor, or make it yourself:

  1. Get a empty box from the fishing shop in Catherby
  2. Ground a Guam leaf
  3. Ground some seaweed
  4. Add the grounded Guam leaf and seaweed to the box

Types of pet fishies

  • Greenfish
  • Bluefish
  • Spinefish (more rare than other two)
