Since there are lots of 20-page documents out on the web on how to make money on Runescape which, in the end, still leave you wondering, I decided to make the shortest, easiest but still the most effective Runescape money-making guide out there.
So enjoy your millions!
This guide will take you through all the steps - from how to start making money...to how to keep the millions rolling in.
- Step 1: It takes money to make money so after you create your Runescape account go to the Stronghold of Security and run through all the monsters until you have collected 10, 000gp from the chests at the end of each level.
- Step 2: This can be done either way so I will split this step into two parts:
- Part A: Go to the al kharid bank in World 1, 3, 4 or 5 and buy cow hides there for 100gp ea and then once you have 100 sell for 120 ea. Repeat this step as much as necessary until you have around 50k or so.
- Part B: Go to Port Sarim Fishing shop and buy the first 500 of the 1500 feathers there as these will be 3gp or under. DO NOT BUY IF THERE ARE LESS THEN 900 FEATHERS. Once you have bought the first 500 feathers change worlds then repeat. You will then be able to go to World 1, 3, 4 or 5 and sell these feathers for 10gp ea. Do this until you have around 50k or so.
- Step 3: Go to the West bank in Varrock world 1, 3, 4 or 5 and buy rune legs for 45k and then sell for 55k. Do this until you have around 170k.
- Step 4: Stay at the West bank in Varrock world 1, 3, 4 or 5 and this time buy full rune for 170k. Once you have full rune sell it for 190-200k depending on what others around you are selling for. Do this until you have around 300k.
- Step 5: Stay at the bank and buy Guthix legs for 300k and then go to a less populated world and sell for 450k. Do this until you have 1.1mil.
- Step 6: Stay at the bank and then buy full Guthix for 1.1mil that you can sell for 1.3 mil which will give you a 200k profit per one sold. Do this until you have 1.85mil.
- Step 7: Stay at the bank and buy full Zammy for 1.85mil that you can sell for 2.2mil which will give you 350k profit per one sold. Do this until you have 2.3mil.
- Step 8: Stay at the bank and buy full Sara for 2.3mil and then sell for 2.5mil this will give you a little less profit but will take less time, as people are more willing to buy.
A couple of last hints:
- Whatever step you are on you can always repeat the step before if you wish. Remember it takes time to make this kind of money so don't give up.
- Another way to make money in the early stages is iron ore if you go to lesser-populated worlds and buy for 60gp each then you can sell for 120 each in world 1, 3, 4 or 5.
