Here is a skill guide to training the magic skill on Runescape. Maging is using magic to fight and earn money, as well as teleport and get items. It can be very useful to Pkers and normal people, and can help you in quests and everyday gaming.
First, you must train using mind runes and the offensive strike spells. Later an in low level, you can use level one enchant and low level alchemy.
