Suppose you walk around RuneScape and some random girl or boy walks up and asks to go out with you. Should you accept?
Well, for one thing is there really a point? I guess it is kind of fun, having a contest to see who can have more girlfriends at one time, or to see how many people on Runescape want to be gay. But beyond that is there really any reason to have a Runescape relationship?
For one thing, you do not really know who your date is. Someone who appears to be a hot 14 year old girl could really end up to be say, a, 50 year old gay man. Now would you really want a relationship like that?
Reality check. Honestly, don't you agree with me when I say this, all characters on Runescape look so to speak...hot. Even though your hot 14 year old girlfriend may appear hot...she could really be an ugly obese kid who is hated at her school (or she could be a 50 year old gay man).
At the same time, because you are on Runescape, dating is less about looks. This is in a way a good thing, you like people for their personality, or their people skills, not looks or simply how other people feel about them.
But really...wouldn't it make more sense to get a real girlfriend or boyfriend, rather than one made of pixels and someone on another computer?
