First, get a book, magazine, iPod, GameBoy, or a Trumpet (me). You will need these items later.
Then, fill your inventory full of an inexpensive, yet healing food (i.e Trout). Go to the second level of the Stronghold. It is brown and contains Zombies. Go through the portal to be whisked to the end of the Maze. Go directly toward the bottom right and go through that gate that you see there. When you're out of the second gate, take a left and enter that first room. This is the easy part.
Let the Flesh Crawlers and Zombies attack you on their own. Eat occasionally when you feel it's necessary. When they stop attacking you on their own, go to another section in that area. Continue this process to train any of the 3 combat skills (strength, attack, or defense.) While you're "auto training" so to speak, you can listen to your iPod, read your book, or play your trumpet as I often do. The time will pass much quicker.
At the end of each session in each section, check the XP of the current stat that you are trying to advance. This method is as close to autoing on RuneScape as they will let you come. It requires hardly any work. You can also work on your social life a little if you need. I am often talking on the phone while I train with this method.
I would even highly recommend this method if you're trying to get a level 99 combat stat. I normally average 110-120k XP per 45 minutes to an hour. Compares to other methods of training, this isn't very bad.
I hope my method has helped you out in training. Also, anyone that advertises their article, talks rude or vulgar, or impersonates someone else will have their comment immediately marked as spam .
