This is the easy way, you can go to eat, sleep or anything while doing this.
Ever wanned to have something like 60 - 99 level mage and HP level of 10, like in the beginning?
If so, my idea is just for you! My idea is to level mage with two accounts, because that has a LOT of advantages.
Why two accounts?
You can level it all day, if your using two accounts, and you are unable to do so, if you are only using one!
How - this is the main question. If you are interested, read on.
So, you have an account that you want to rise mage on. Get the shown equipment: 40+ range is useful, but not required. If you have 40 range, get green d'hide vambs, but not the chaps. If you don't have 40 range, wear nothing on the spot of gloves. Get full iron, as much mind runes as you can and Air staff. All you have to do is cast wind strikes on your opponent. Full iron is for you to fail the spell. If you fail spell, you don't get HP xp, but you get mage xp. Now you have an account that you will rise mage on ready. You need to create or get second account. It can be a lvl 3 or an account of your choice. I reccomend it would have rangers' equipment, or even green d'hide full, if it's your main account. Green d'hide full will prevent your other account to cast the spell, also the defence or power amulet will help. When you have both accounts ready, go to the same worlds on two browsers, and login by pressing login on both browsers with different accounts at the same time. They are now both logged in. Go to duel arena, challenge those accounts each with another, turn auto retaliate off on both of them, than select autocast wind strike on the one you will rise mage on, and cast it on the main. It will rise mage, but it won't rise HP!
It seems that you could rise it all day, but there are several things that could stop you: System update; Mage level up (It will stop maging after that, you have to start it again); Lagg; And you can run out of mind runes.
Why can't I do it with one account?
You will get a random event after some time, that will break everything.
I forgot to tell you that you can alch later, but that wouldn't let you train AFK without bots.

No its not one point..
They have the option to change to sun applet... So you can double log in otherwise it will say "Double ip log in declined" Or something similar to that.

wow this pretty good. at 80mage i put robes on me and bronze armor on other so i got my hp up andpwned in bounty hunter.

okay its not stupid to get 99 mage with 10hp..but this is the
stupidest way I have ever heard..instead of breaking rules..at
tutorial island drop the runes you got from the magic teacher until
you have 25, pick them up and then drop the again again until
eventually you have 100 then cast on chickens repeatedly as you
DON'T GET HP EXP, then go to the main land and buy confuse runes
as you don't get hp exp from that cast until you have 5 magic to
do sapphire enchant..keep doing spells like bones and bananas
until you have 25 mage and teleport to varrock for exp then
teleport to lumbridge then teleport to falador after you have 45
mage (if members) teleport to camelot, after that once you get 55
mage you can alch either yewlong or other things, or you can
alch rune items and stuff like that..your wind strike idea is
stupid because there is a chance that the wind strike will hit
the green d hide..it is slim but probably every 20 hits "IT WILL GO IN" so thanks for listening.

hi my name is badboysshyne on runescape and i would like to say that you ont hve to go through all that, just go to the choas temple in wilderness and do majic pon saphire (low alchemy) then it will go up 5 time faster, this is because the magic is boosted up near any chaose area
